Heather was really open about her struggles and told me afterwards that she heavily relies on family, friends and the church to help her out and provide a hot meal for her.

Monday – friends for tea – Offerton
Tuesday – friends for tea – Reddish
Wednesday – friends for tea – Offerton
Thursday – friends for tea – neighbours
Friday – friends for tea – Offerton or local
Saturday & Sunday – just whatever I have in house which is hardly anything
