Can anyone of some intelligence please explain to me what the difference is between
Academy school, secondary school, grammer school, comprehensive school and community school ???
Am I right in believing that it is who holds the purse strings and takes responsibility for the organisation's actions? or am I way off the mark.
A simple explanation will suffice.
