What does Diversity mean to you?

"Diversity means different things according to context. Its simplest meaning is that elements within a group have a variety of basic characteristics via which they are socially identified. In the sense of diverse communities,  it can describe differences in origins, beliefs and also physical characteristics. Functional diverse communities are those that facilitate the smooth integration of community members while respecting the inherent differences in people."
