Please Report the Errrors?
OK,
So
how did you How did you feel when lockdown was first announced?
Uh,
stressed because it didn't go out.
Yeah.
What else meant? What else does it mean for you?
Um,
what it means, Like
like,
even though you can just, like, stay at home and do things they don't normally do
and
get get, you don't have to go up.
Anything
else talking on,
uh,
just being with your general family that you don't normally get to
spend a lot of time with them.
So what? You said you did new things. So what new things
played?
Lots of board games.
Uh, just
generally talking
that we don't normally get to
do
just
being around
everyone.
So how did how did you feel?
I don't mind being anxiety, though.
There's a strong
drug me
that much
that
go
out.
What?
What sort of things did you do to kind of help That feeling,
uh, talking to
people on
zoom
on the phone,
just
like then it just feels like you're with everyone again.
It's Well, it's like, you know, we have anxiety and stuff as well.
Yeah.
So what happened with college? What? Uh we did
everything online
with teams,
and then we just
And then we just like teachers talking and we had to write down
what we had to do. And then we go away and do it.
And then as soon as we got back,
we just had the day.
OK, so how how did that feel doing it that way instead of being in college? And
it was OK just to like,
sort of like see pictures on him and everyone else else's voices
and then
got back was nice to see everyone again.
And when you were writing down all the, uh,
the lesson stuff or when you were writing your notes down, did you?
Did you find it easier by yourself? Or did you find it hard at home?
Uh, I think I find it easier for her to I get distracted quite a lot
by other people on their own phones or just talking or just
laughing about something. It's just
distracting me. And then I don't really do that much because I got distracted
and then when I'm at home, it's just easier.
I can just put some music, just write it down and then
done and do something I want to do after.
Nice. Nice. So
when When they announced that, like, everyone could, like, leave their homes and,
um, go outside. How did that make you feel?
Good?
Because it's like you come out of everything you get
to do stuff that you really want to do Not,
like, go to a centre or go on dates and stuff like that.
See, people
come here.
So what weren't allowed to do?
So what sort of what sort of thing did you what was, like,
the first thing you did when you found out you could leave the house?
Um,
properly,
um,
go out
the centre,
go on. More dates,
and then if you could come
here.
Oh, yeah.
Um,
you come to the group on the Saturday,
The Tuesday
Oh, ok, well,
so how did you find, um, being online with those groups?
Um, good, because it's like the same group,
um, get to see, like, everyone online, even though you're not with them.
It feels like you are with them, but you are at home,
which is
good. Mhm.
So if you could pick up the phone
and you could speak to
you,
but at the start of lockdown.
So speak to like who you were then.
Is there any advice that you would give yourself,
or is there anything you can tell yourself to make it be easier?
Um,
try not to get too needy about people. If people have any want over
or anything, try not to be, like, too needy about it. Don't call them, like,
10, 20 times a day.
That's how it was back then.
Just don't try to get them on the way.
It's like 100%
needy, but it's
not that good.
So why
Why do you think you felt like you had to call them?
Uh, because the start, um, like, probably just miss everyone.
You know, we were out and then
not
don't listen too much because you
seeing everyone in person now, it made
it a lot easier to do.
So was it Was it easy to
Was it easy to keep those connections there at the start?
Yeah.
Yeah.
What was what was kind of, um
how did you find it? Easy.
Uh, just like seeing people online and then speaking to people.
So then if you could If you could speak to someone else. Like, um,
if you could talk to a friend who said I'm really struggling during lockdown.
What advice would you give them?
Um,
go do some of that. You really enjoy
to get distracted. Try not to worry too much about it
and keep yourself calm. Yeah.
No, that's great. Thank you.
And let's
