Lived experience people acquiring a long time experience are in a position to strongly identify all the mistakes caused by this system which impacted negatively on us either individually or community wise and therefore have a lot of stories to share with other like-minded people who experience similar situations where they can together solve a puzzle of jigsaw and of course can bring real solutions to the problems existed for so long that no individual could face it alone or find overwhelming. I believe encouraging people to get together and to speak up in groups like LEAD is where they learn from each other and support one another to find common ground where they work out to collectively address their problems in a united front in order to effect real change required for this system to be fair for all and work in the best interests of communities at large.
