Inspired to stay active: Koperski's Guinness record

This story is about the resident of Gdansk - Romuald Koperski - who completed the longest marathon playing piano session in the world. His achievements encouraged me to think that age isn't a barrier and motivated me to get involved in my community. Koperski and the activities I have been involved in have inspired me to keep healthy, fit and active.
