My week began with a cold but as I had been looking forward to my swimming lesson all week I was not going to let a snotty nose get in my way. So I took some Lemsip and headed off to the pool.
On arrival I should have told Alden, the instructor that I had not been feeling well but I just decided to get stuck in. this turned out to be a big mistake as Alden had decided that this week he was going to work on stamina.
