Hello, so today I wanna ask you a couple of questions on what you guys are really excited for about the bronte. Yeah. So this is DJ Annie Clegg with um her dad Tony Clegg and what we're more excited about more than anything is about this club being open and about all the kids having somewhere to go overnight and meeting new people and new friends and you know and obvious obviously in the future. When we, when we open we're gonna have a a hub in here with the cafe and you know we're gonna get the pensioners in and people are gonna get together and that's what's good about it is seeing people coming together and families and
And I'm gonna let DJ Annie Clegg speaking now. Um, yeah, I'm um looking forward to just can't wait for it to be open cos it's, it was amazing before, it's always been amazing, but obviously there could be, I can't wait for it to be improved, so there's more stuff for all of us to do. And um, so like the kids kinda enjoyed the time there and it's just, it's amazing, it's um it's not even, it's like
There's some way for everyone to go, like instead of them doing that, and everyone's welcome here. Um, everyone's welcome and everyone's like, anyone can come. It's open to everyone, so hopefully then we get loads of people to come here and it just turns
The boss. Yeah, that you're very right, um, a lot of people love to enjoy coming to Bronte, but I was thinking like, what, what are you most looking forward to like out of the whole Bronte? Um, I'm looking forward to, um, just. Oh, I don't know
So many things, yeah, so many things, yeah. So like the main things is obviously all the new kids that are gonna be coming to the Bronte and obviously we've got all the new workers in the Bronte, you know, silky skills which is the kids absolutely love them, then we've got Phoebe. You know Bethan and and all these amazing staff that we've got and Laura and Val, and it's not just, it's it's just about, it's about the workers coming in and the great job they're doing and and and making new mates and and putting smiles on kids' faces and and this is what what they do
Gosh yeah that's so right. And Uh, what are your roles mostly at the front? I'm just here to, well, I'm getting older, so as I get older I'm gonna start helping out, like, I'm at the, at the minute I come to Yorkshire and I have a good time and that, but, um, and enjoy my time, but as I get older I'm gonna start, um, I'm gonna start helping out in the volunteer as a volunteer. Yeah, as a volunteer, um, and I do DJ in here, and when they have a party I'm gonna be the DJ, so yeah
Yeah, my, obviously my role is obviously I've, I've been coming here since I've probably been to myself and I'm still, I'm 50 now and I'm still coming here, but as the years have gone by, I've become like a board member, so I'm like the one who helps make the bronzy like be what it is today and. You know, getting people coming in with the new jobs and the new ideas and on our meetings all the time, we're talking about how we could make this place better, and that's that's what I do behind the scenes for the club, you know. Yeah
