The first time I meet with the other people learning to be commuity reporters. It was very strange and unusual until we did an ice breaker.The ice breaker was to bulid a bridge out of newspaper. We made the bridge as we used teamwork and got to know each other. We discussed the video we where making and the messages we wanted to show about the transition to adult epilepsy clinic.
We then learned how to use the camera and the equipment to make the video. We also learned how to change the settings on the camera to create a better picutre which will be on our video.We where then ready to go and film!
We interviewed the epilepsy consulant and other people who have been through the transition process.We used the skills we learnt and made a start to the video.
We then filmed at Preston Hospital with nurses from both of the adult and children epilepsy clinics.
We edited the video.We learnt so much about the process and film making.
Throughout the process I have made great freinds and had a wounderful time.
