This short video demonstrates how people are leaving large items of rubbish on the pavements without a care for pedestrians and causing health hazards. This thoughtless behaviour create hazards for locals especially for Disabled people who will have difficulties navigating themselves around it. 

These are hazards on the pavement. I mean, it's ridiculous. What if visually impaired person is walking along and they trip on the mattress. Or this tree

It's like people don't care about disabled people, they just think of themselves. It's annoying. That's why I Walk on the road because it's more fatter and wider
