Personally, I give thanks for the community assistance, the enthusiasm for a job well done! Importantly bringing together the neighbouring Knowle West communities.
Whispering to the peeps next door, handing out flyers, presenting over live radio on the Roma Widger show. To have publicly spoken at several projects, in essence ~ the development within the neighborhood.
And finally actually being at St Barnabas Church to enjoy each other's company, share food, ideas, music & creativity between cultures. Regardless of age, gender, nationality, beliefs or faith. We are in essence family, we have more in common than you may imagine or values shared.
Let's build on this & disprove the myths, bigotry, antisocial rhetoric about the Refugee & Asylum community.
