As a stay a home mum of two small children, the Wells center has been a great asset to me and my family. I think it is disgusting that the goverment want to close such a valuable part of the community.
Since having my first child in 2008 i have used the Wells center for many things playgroups, baby massage and taking my children to the libary. i am now looking to return to work and retrain as a teaching assistant, the staff at the Wells have helped me to achieve this. The lets get going team have helped me to
find the course i need to start my training, i have also joined the adult ICT course that will help me to achieve my goal. While doing this training my 2yr old daughter can use the creche facilities of which she loves all the toys and the staff that take care of her.
To loose this great facility would be a tradgedy not only for me and other local familys looking for a better quality of life for their familys,but also to the fantastic staff whom do not know what the future holds for their jobs. It is a disgrace and should be seriously re-considerd, for the sake of our community and the people in it .
