Namely, Mike. Hello Mike, so today I wanna ask you some questions about how you're gonna try and um improve our Bronte. Right, well we've had a really good designer involved and Sue from um Harrison Stringfold, she's come up with some really great ideas and what what what's important for a lot of things now is to be sustainable so that's about keeping the running costs of the Bronte down. So she's come up with great designs for insulation, new heating systems, new roofing, so that'll mean that when they run
The bronte that the costs will be as low as they possibly can and it means they can spend more money on new kids basically and that they've they've secured great funding to do a lot to this building and and rather than drop it cos and rebuild it which costs a lot of money but you know we we're gonna do a lot of complex refurb on it and all the way you stood now is gonna be inside space instead of outside space and. Um, I think once we're finished sort of in the new year, you're gonna have a great warm place to come and enjoy yourselves and our whole community. Well, I'm really happy and I can't wait, but, um, I was thinking that the Bronte, I feel like you guys can make the Bronte so far better instead of just like dropping it
I think you guys could just work on how, how, the Bronte's still good now, but I think you guys could make it even better, like you said, like with new heat on and it's gonna be cozy over the winter. I'm really excited for it. Definitely yeah we're looking forward to it
So uh but it's good cos it like it costs a lot of money to run things like that. So if they don't have to spend a lot of money to keep it warm and keep your kids sort of in a comfort then um then that's great. So and it needs to go on for generations and I listening to the stories today of how people's mum and dad's met here and how they've helped them grow as kids growing through to adults and being you know successful adults
And they bring their own kids and grandkids it's great isn't it? It must be really really special. I'm really excited for it and thank you for being with us and helping us. Thank you
