So Access Saver is an online tool,
which is on our website and many others
are putting it on their websites as well.
And it's
like having a conversation with one of our
legal,
um,
caseworkers.
So it's conversational,
and it should lead you through a conversation
finding out what the particular issue you have.
And along the way,
there's lots of videos which explain what
social care is,
what an assessment should look like,
easy read documents and fact sheets.
And then
on a lot of areas,
there's over 200
template letters so that you can
Fill them in and personalise them and send them
in to your local authority to request a review or
state that you're not quite happy with something that's happened
um to help you get the right support.
