Pauline works with people fleeing from their own country. She raises many important issues and feels there are often negative perceptions held by the general public. She argues no-one would choose to flee their country if they felt safe. She feels there are many practical steps that could be taken to improve their lives, easier access to English speaking classes and more financial help.
