Recycling boxes neatly stacked away
Recycling bins blocking the pavement.

It’s very annoying and a health and safety hazard when people leave their recycling bins/boxes or bags in the middle of the pavement or not tidied away properly. It could be that the recycling/bin people don’t put them back properly after doing the recycling? but either way, I think it is much safer if people either take them in or put them on a wall and keep the pavements clear.
